What is Socialoop Analytics?
Socialoop Analytics is an analytics tool that allows you to track where your visitors are coming from, what they are doing on your site, and how users interact with your website. You can see exactly what content is the most popular and who your most engaged users are. It’s a great way to understand how people find and use your website.
Socialoop Analytics can be used by anyone who wants to know more about their web traffic, including marketing teams, startups, e-commerce sites, and anybody else who is interested in understanding their user behavior better.
View heatmaps to see where your users are engaging on your webpages
You can get a good idea of which parts of your pages are the most engaging by viewing heatmaps. A heatmap is a color-coded representation of the user engagement on any given webpage, with red indicating high engagement and blue indicating low engagement. By analyzing your heatmaps, you can see what is capturing users’ attention and determine where to focus your efforts in order to keep them engaged.
The heatmap for any webpage will be shown at the bottom of its page report along with other valuable data such as total page views, average scroll depth, active scroll events and exit intent activity (the number of users who didn’t reach the end of the page). Heatmaps are available for all users for free, so feel free to experiment with them!
Watch recordings of entire visitor sessions to see how users interact with your site
You can watch recordings of entire visitor sessions to see how users interact with your site, including the pages they visit, the time that they spend on your website, the links that they click on, and more. This allows you to see exactly how your visitors use your website in real-time. Socialoop Analytics also shows you which content engages visitors and which content causes them to leave a page, so that you can make adjustments to improve your conversion rates. You can even see what forms visitors fill out and what fields on those forms cause visitors to abandon the form.
Get access to all standard analytics features for free
The first step is to add the tracking system to your website. You will find the instructions in your admin panel, just follow them.
You can use any CMS or framework, the tracking code is automatically added to your website. The tracking process begins immediately and data is available in real-time for users who have already visited your website.
In other words, data will be collected even if you add Socialoop Analytics, later on, allowing you to measure its impact on factors like conversion rates and bounce rates.
Use a custom domain for Socialoop Analytics so it looks like it’s part of your site
You can use a custom domain to make it seem like Socialoop is part of your website instead of a third party. You may want to do this for privacy reasons, either for yourself or others.
This feature is available for premium accounts only.

Create accounts for multiple members of your team so everyone can get in on the action
Socialoop Analytics gives you the option to invite your team members so they can start using the tool. Once you’ve created an account for your teammates, you can choose whether to give them full access or limit their permissions.
The beauty of having multiple accounts is that each member of your team will be able to log in and view their data. They won’t have to worry about impeding on other people’s work, and there will be no more keeping track of passwords or emailing screenshots back and forth! Everyone can log in with a username and password, just like any other platform.
Can I track any website?
Yes. You will be able to start tracking your own website, as long as you don’t break any of the rules below.
- Socialoop Analytics will only track websites for which you have the right to collect data. This means that you must own or have permission to monitor the website in question.
- Socialoop Analytics requires that your site has a technical implementation that can receive data from our tracking script. If implementing this is not an option, there are tools out there that can help bridge this gap, like Google Tag Manager or Segment
How can I make sure that I am GDPR compliant?
You also need a way to opt users out of tracking cookies through some mechanism such as a cookie banner or an opt-out form on your website. Socialoop Analytics provides this feature.
If your website uses login pages where users have to log in and they don’t have access without logging in, then you should add the following code snippet on those pages before loading our analytics script
If you have a WordPress site, you’ll be able to get it up and running in minutes. If you’re using a different content management platform, the process will still be quick and seamless. Then, Socialoop Analytics will automatically start recording your visitors’ interactions with your social media accounts.
